Contact Us to Learn MoreEvenPulse’s Warrior Optimization System (WAROPS™) develops the human capabilities that help service members remain composed, think clearly, and perform effectively under pressure. Its proprietary BASE-R Method® gives personnel practical skills for regulating the physiological stress response before, during, and after demanding events.
Built for real-world application, WAROPS™ supports both mission performance and long-term force readiness. Training can be adapted for large formations, specialized units, leaders, families, and other populations across the military community.
Delivered live and on-site, WAROPS™ teaches the EvenPulse BASE-R Method® through practical, skills-based instruction. Personnel can apply these skills immediately during critical missions and in everyday life.
Delivered live at your location and tailored to the needs of your personnel, unit, and mission.
Builds self-regulation, resilience, readiness, and communication skills that personnel can apply in high-pressure situations.
Helps personnel manage stress and gain confidence. Reduces the risk of issues such as PTSD and depression.
Accelerates skill transfer and development while supporting clearer thinking, better execution, and sustained readiness.
Military personnel are trained extensively for the technical and tactical demands of their missions. But far less attention is given to the internal skills that help them access those capabilities when stress begins to affect focus, judgment, communication, and physical execution. This creates a critical gap between knowing what to do and being able to perform at one’s best under pressure.
WAROPS™ addresses this gap with scientifically grounded, skills-based training that works from the inside out. Rather than treating resilience as an abstract concept, EvenPulse places practical self-regulation skills directly into the hands of the warfighter. These skills can be integrated with tactical training to strengthen performance, communication, recovery, and readiness across operational and everyday environments.
“We invest heavily in technical proficiency, tactical expertise, equipment, and weapons systems. Yet, the effectiveness of every capability we field depends on the individual's ability to regulate their physiological and psychological response to stress. This represents a critical vulnerability.”
EvenPulse has supported pre-deployment, post-deployment, and force-wide training for Army brigade combat teams, Army National Guard formations, Air National Guard wings, and active-duty Air Force units. Engagements have included:
WAROPS™ has also been applied within mission-specific training, leadership development, deployment preparation, and family reintegration:
Across a range of training environments, EvenPulse has documented improvements in applied performance, confidence, communication, and stress regulation. Reported results include:
Separately, a three-year, $3.3 million study involving more than 6,000 active-duty soldiers found meaningful adoption following a single four-hour training block:
EvenPulse has worked with Army and Air National Guard organizations since 2005, delivering programs for brigade combat teams, fighter wings, security forces, leaders, service members, and families. Training has been delivered or is currently underway in Minnesota, Colorado, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Oregon.
That experience gives EvenPulse a practical understanding of the Guard’s dual mission and the demands placed on personnel who must remain ready to serve both their communities and the nation. WAROPS can be tailored to support statewide initiatives, individual units, specialized populations, or specific readiness and performance objectives.
EvenPulse is also in active discussions with Guard organizations in additional states, reflecting broader interest in practical human-performance training that can be integrated into existing readiness efforts.
“To control your heart rate, in highly emotional and highly dramatic situations, the more level headed and the more calm you can be, the easier it is to make the right decision when the time comes.”
“As much as we endeavor to accomplish a mission, reach a goal or make a dream come true, it is virtually impossible as long as we carry the weight of our damaged consciousness and never seek to repair it. The EvenPulse system is that repair kit.”
“Based on the positive feedback from those attending the training, along with positive mission performance implications, I find great value and need in broadening the scope of the training to all ORANG members.”
“Receiving the training by military-experienced professionals made it more interactive. We practiced what was being taught, and it was cool to relate to guys who have been in the service—like Navy SEALs and Special Forces.”
